PB Cheesecake Protein Mug Cake

I ran out of ON 100% Gold Standard Whey. So, I bought some Gaspari Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Myofusion protein powder. With the price increases that ON has had lately, Myofusion is now so much less in comparison that I had to do it. And since I had some Myofusion hanging around, I figured I would make a protein mug cake with it... a Peanut Butter Cheesecake Protein Mug Cake!



This mug cake recipe is eerily similar to the last mug cake recipe in terms of basic ingredients. But I think you'll agree that it is still quite unique in terms of flavor when compared to the Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake. And then I paired it with moose tracks frozen yogurt [thanks for the idea, Mahendra]. And wow! Just wow!

Ingredients


  • 1scoop Gaspari Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Myofusion
  • 13g Jello Instant Cheesecake Mix
  • 1/2tsp Baking Powder
  • 1tsp Coconut Flour
  • 2tbsp PB2
  • 2.5oz cup Skim Milk

Directions


  1. Mix everything together in a mug.
  2. Put the mug in the microwave for 45-60sec (do not overcook).
  3. Eat it right out of the mug. Or maybe add a scoop of moose tracks froyo to the top.
