No-Bake Chocolate Banana Protein Brownies

Brownie
This is my first attempt at cooking (if you can even call it that) with casein. And honestly, this couldn't have turned out better. I made these brownies in under 10min and they are seriously chocolatey! Of course, a lot of that awesome flavor is due to the chocolate cream cheese icing that I put on top. But even with all that [delicious] icing, there's only 1g of fat per brownie. And each one of them is absolutely packed with protein!

The secret about this recipe is that I had a little help. It was strongly inspired by [damn near stolen from] ProteinPow.com's Lazy No Bake Dark Chocolate Protein Cake. And why not? If you are looking for inspiration then why not look to the best?  And in my book, when you are talking about baking with protein, they don't get any better than Anna Sward.

I added my own twists to it and [I think] I made it better. If nothing else, the chocolate cream cheese frosting is my own creation. Although I don't know if I can really call a 3-ingredient recipe my own creation. But whatever, it's f*cking delicious!
