PB & Chocolate Protein Ice Cream
A few weeks ago I saw a post on a simple way to make your own ice cream without actually having to make ice cream. And of course I instantly thought, "I wonder if I could make a high-protein version of that!" And you know what, I did! And I made it peanut butter and chocolate flavor!
OK, OK, so this stuff isn't really ice cream. And as a result, it doesn't have exactly the same texture as ice cream. But it is creamy (especially after a couple of seconds in the microwave) and it doesn't freeze solid like a brick. And it tastes really good! So, it's not exactly like ice cream. But it's close enough, it tastes great and it's REALLY easy to make.
