The best training article of 2014 was also probably the most controversial training article of 2014 on allnaturalmuscle.com, Fasted Cardio. Even in light of the evidence against it, some people love fasted cardio like it's their religion. Personally, I've never thought of fasted cardio as anything more than a huge ball of suck. This article explains why it's needless and perhaps even counterproductive to the goal of optimal fat loss.
