Baked Hogfish Nuggets
Last weekend I went spearfishing in the Gulf of Mexico for the very first time. I would have been happy to catch anything. But it just so happens that I hit one of my favorite fish's of all time, a hogfish snapper. After a couple of days in my freezer, I decided to try my hand at fileting my hogfish. And that turned out well, terrible. So, instead of fish filets, I had fish nuggets. But battered and baked fish nuggets are simple to make and awesome to eat. And they fit perfectly into my current fat cutting diet.
If you've ever had hogfish then you might know that it is quite possibly the best tasting fish that God ever created. I mean, it's really amazing stuff. However, if you don't have hogfish or can't find any then this recipe will work fine with cod, tilapia or grouper.
You don't need a deep fryer for this recipe. And what's even better is that this recipe is definitely something that can be consume for those of you who are on a calorie restricted diet. But the best part is that it takes less than 30min to make with cooking + prep time included. This is definitely something you've gotta try!
